Rates

A $40 USD Security Deposit Waiver Fee will be added to cover any damages.
A $50 USD Cleaning Fee will be added to cover cleaning that is provided 3 times per week.
Prices listed above do not include the 21% tax.
Strict no smoking policy inside the suites. Ashtrays are provided outside on the patios. Please respect other guests.
Small dogs will be considered, please contact owner to discuss. There will be an additional $50 fee if accepted.
Suite 1 & 2 rates are based on 5 guests; add $25 per night, per additional guest.
Suite 3 rates are based on 2 guests; add $25 per night, per additional guest.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit upon reservation, the balance of your rental must be paid 30 days prior your arrival.
Cancellations must be made before 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of your deposit. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance as the cancelation policy is strictly enforced.
Dates will not be held until deposit is received.
