 I booked this stay for my girlfriend and me to celebrate her birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. Even though it was just the two of us, I could easily see a larger group being very comfortable here, there’s plenty of space and everything is well laid out. The place was super clean, and the private dipping pool with the ocean right in front of us was the highlight, and the reason for the booking, an amazing spot to relax after a day of exploring the island.
We rented a golf cart, which made getting around really convenient. It’s a bit pricey, but I’d definitely recommend the expense if it fits your budget. We also tried using taxis for a full day, they were very affordable, but you do have to wait around a bit for one to pass by, which can take some time. One night, we walked down the street to Caribbean Garden for drinks, which was a fun and easy outing. The area felt very safe, and overall the whole experience was awesome. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend! 

 We stayed in the ground floor unit, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The place was clean and the owner friendly and responsive. The area was safe and out of the more touristy areas. There was normal neighborhood noise at night, people out, cars and dogs, all part of the experience.
We saw many iguanas on the little lawn and enjoyed exploring the rocky beach below. Access is via some rocky climbing.
Pools were clean, no problem parking out front. Good central spot with some nice bars and restaurants to walk to, safe area to stay and beautiful views. They accommodated an early check in as well. Recommend! 

 We loved our stay at Casa Perla!
The view from the balcony was stunning and our son loved using the dipping pool. The location was away from the hustle and bustle which we loved. The neighbourhood was very quiet and we felt safe.
Accommodations were very clean, and the cleaners came 2 times during our stay which was so nice! The beds were comfy. No complaints.
We loved gazing at the stars at night and watched the most beautiful sunrise. The main grocery store is just a quick golf cart ride away.
We ate twice at Aurora which is just a few steps away, it’s a husband wife team and they do an amazing job.
Communication from the hosts was great and check in and check out was easy!
Would definitely stay here again and would 10/10 highly recommended :) 

 This is our second stay at this location and both times I have to say we’ve had a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful home and everything is just as described. The home is very clean, they have plenty of towels, you can even order groceries which come in handy after the travel. The views are to die for. The door to this house is 1st flr, toward the back, left side. Check out 3rd flr views and 2nd pool! I recommend reserving a golf cart to get dropped off at the Airbnb (if you have a lot of suitcases), the guy will wait for you there so just try to be accurate with your arrival time. As soon as you get off the ferry you take a taxi to the location, just tell them it’s Casa Perla near Mango Cafe which I also very much recommend. Green Verde is nearby too if you want an iced coffee/smoothie. Definitely go check out Playa Norte for the beach (just minutes away in golf cart) and dinner on Hidalgo St. I hope to be able to visit again soon. 

 Stunning views of the dramatic coastline from the back patio. We loved the location for its views and proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Our kids loved the plunge pool and hammock. A very special place. 

 We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Peral suite 1.  We had a cool pool right outside our sliding doors, which was very nice to relax in. On the roof was a little larger pool with a nice view.  I stayed there with my daughter and 2 granddaughters.  My youngest granddaughter’s  highlight was feeding the iguanas all our scrap veggies and fruits over the balcony.  They will surely miss my granddaughter.  We stayed 12 days and could have stayed longer except for leaving our husbands and pets at home!  Maid service was more than we expected.  Also, in the entry to the unit are parts of the a/c system and it produces hot air, great place to hang suits and towels.  It dries them pretty quick. The beaches were great and we got to go snorkeling which we all loved.  The people there were great too!  Oh, and the food was amazing!  Made many memories there!  🥰 

What a lovely place to stay on the island! The management staff was wonderful. The cleaning crew was delightful. Watching the sunrises from our balcony and climbing down to explore the beach below was unforgettable. We loved being mid-island and one block from Mango Restaurant! We cooked most of our meals and appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this property!!!

Fabulous property, quiet, great restaurants nearby and excellent communication with property manager. Could not have been better.  

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Perla. Having the waves crashing on the beach in the mornings was a definite plus. The house was clean and the property manager/check in process was easy 

House was great, pool was perfect size and the views were spectacular. Would stay here again anytime  

 We had a perfect trip. Marla was very helpful on our first family trip to Mexico. We really enjoyed the pool and the view in the afternoons. There are a ton of great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. I recommend renting a golf cart and touring the island. Playa Norte Beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed Kin Ha resort on the south side of the island. We will definitley be back for a return stay. Thanks Marla!
